    What information is needed for a quotation?

    Send the delivery city and country, opening width and height, quantities and preferred opening method. Include glass, finish and hardware requirements where available.

    Is there a minimum order quantity?

    Send the required quantity for each product and finish. Minimum quantities and setup costs are confirmed for the selected system in the quotation.

    Can I review a sample first?

    Ask about a finish sample, profile section or complete sample unit. Availability, charges, freight and approval arrangements must be agreed first.

    How are configurations approved?

    The opening schedule, dimensions, glass, hardware, finish and applicable documents are confirmed before production.

    Identify thermal, condensation, air, water, wind, acoustic and safety-glazing requirements, including coastal exposure where relevant.

    03Documents, packing and freight

    List requested test evidence, bilingual or project-specific submittals, protective packing, delivery point and unloading constraints.
